Downloading
- Upon Completion of your order you will receive an email invoice including a link to download your order.
- High speed internet is not necessary but recommended.
- It is highly recommended not to interrupt your computer as you download.
- If your download is interrupted, try to download it again.
Extended download warranty service
- For an additional cost we'll keep a back-up copy of your digital files should you need to re-download them for any reason.

- International:
- We use Priority International Mail everywhere possible. Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location.
- To ensure the FASTEST delivery possible for International orders, please select FedEx Worldwide Express.
- Please note that due to Customs and other delays, orders to Italy and Canada can take a long time to arrive. We strongly recommend using FedEx Worldwide Express to these destinations.
